Cancellation Policy
Luna Shears requires a 24-hour notice to cancel a appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of their booked services. Any appointments over $200 will be automatically charged 50% for any bookings to secure the date which is non refundable and won’t apply for any future appointments.
